Weather: All gazebo hires are weather‑dependent. If your booking cannot go ahead due to adverse weather, we will happily reschedule.
Equipment Use & Care
-
If the weather becomes unsafe, it is the hirer’s responsibility to deflate, take down, cover, and secure the equipment to protect it from the elements.
-
All equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
-
Inflatable gazebos are not air‑sealed; the fan must remain running to keep the gazebo inflated during use. When not in use, the fan may be switched off and the gazebo left to deflate.
-
Gazebos are secured with sandbag weights, ground pegs, and guide ropes. These must not be removed at any time. Larger inflatable gazebos may require bolting into a hard surface such as concrete.
-
Deflated gazebos must not be left resting on the hot tub motor or any electrical equipment.
-
Gazebos must be placed on a level surface and properly secured. Inflatable gazebos should remain on the matting provided and must not come into direct contact with the ground. If deflation is required, protective sheeting must be placed underneath.
-
If gazebos become soiled during hire, a cleaning charge will apply.
-
Smoking is strictly prohibited under or inside any gazebo. A charge will apply if damage occurs due to smoking or if there is evidence that smoking has taken place.

Equipment Failure
-
If the gazebo breaks down or stops working, please report it immediately. We will attempt to resolve the issue promptly.
-
If the problem cannot be fixed, you will be reimbursed for the days the gazebo was unusable.

Hirer’s Responsibility
-
As the hirer, you are responsible for the care and safekeeping of all equipment provided.
-
Any loss of, or damage to, equipment or accessories must be paid for by the hirer.
