TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR OUR VOUCHERS

Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase and may be redeemed against any Reigate Hot Tub experience.
Vouchers are non‑refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash (in part or full), and are valid for a single transaction only.
Vouchers are not valid during sale periods or in conjunction with any other special promotion.
Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional vouchers.
If the value of the voucher exceeds the cost of your chosen experience, no cash or credit will be issued for the remaining balance.
