Outdoor Cinema Hire – Terms & Conditions
Weather & Rescheduling

If your cinema experience cannot go ahead due to adverse weather conditions, we will happily reschedule your booking.
Equipment Use & Care

Full written instructions are provided for the cinema and projector. Please read them carefully before use.

If the cinema is kept overnight or the weather changes, the projector and speakers must be brought indoors. The screen must be deflated and covered with the protective cover provided.

As the hirer, you are responsible for the care and safekeeping of all equipment supplied. Any loss of, or damage to, equipment or accessories must be paid for by the hirer.

All equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
Liability

Reigate Hot Tubs accepts no responsibility for damage, injury, or death resulting from misuse of the cinema or associated equipment.

We are not liable for any damage to your property caused by the cinema or equipment.

While we can advise on potential issues, most precautions are common sense. Please exercise caution and prevent unauthorised access to the cinema setup.

Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

Postponements: You may postpone your booking free of charge if at least 72 hours’ notice is given. A credit voucher equal to your original purchase price will be issued.

Cancellations: If you cancel your booking, a refund will be issued minus a 20% cancellation fee.

Within 72 hours: If you cancel within 72 hours of your booking, a refund will be issued minus a 20% cancellation fee.

Equipment Failure: If the cinema breaks down or stops working, we will attempt to resolve the issue promptly. If the problem cannot be fixed, you will be reimbursed for the days the cinema was unusable.

Commercial Clients – Film Licensing
Commercial venues (e.g., hotels, pubs, clubs, restaurants) may require a license to screen films, moving pictures, or sporting events.
We provide equipment hire only and do not supply licenses. For guidance, please refer to:
Popcorn Machine – Safety & Operating Instructions

Read the operating instructions carefully before use.

Do not use the machine if it is not functioning properly.

Parts of the machine become very hot during operation – use extreme caution.

If hired for longer than one day, the machine must be cleaned before reuse.

Do not place the unit in a dishwasher.
-
Allow the machine to cool before moving it.
-
The machine must not be used outdoors.
-
Never immerse the machine in water.
-
Avoid scouring pads or abrasive cleaners.
-
Do not leave the machine unattended during operation.
-
Keep the machine out of reach of children and never leave it unattended near them.

Use the machine only to make popcorn. Do not add sugar or flavourings directly into the machine – only to the popcorn after cooking.
