Reigate Hot Tubs is fully insured and has public liability cover.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Reigate Hot Tubs will not be held responsible for any damage, injuries or death resulting from the misuse of our hot tubs. We will also not be held responsible for any damage to your property caused by the hot tub this includes lawns, patios or decking or any water damage to anything whatsoever. It is your responsibility to make sure nothing gets damaged. We can advise you on any possible problems that could arise but most of it is common sense. You must exercise caution to prevent unauthorised access to your Hot Tub. Ensure your spa cover is securely fastened when spa is not in use.
As the hirer you are responsible for the care of the hot tub/accessories any stolen goods or damage caused to the hot tub or accessories will need to be paid for if you are not willing to pay for it then we will pursue a claim in the small claims court.

A cleaning charge of £50 will be sought if the Hot Tub requires any extra cleaning due to stains occurring during your hire period.
The Hot Tub must be able to be fit on a level surface no more than 7 meters away from a power outlet and in close proximity to a water source. We recommend plugging all Hot Tubs into an outdoor socket.
We will show you how to maintain the water and keep it clean for pleasant bathing. If you do not follow our instructions and the water becomes dirty which in turn clogs up the heater pump, then we will not be held responsible for the hot tub cutting out and not working correctly.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS / RESCHEDULING
If you book a hot tub with us and then need to postpone your booking you can do this, free of charge as long as you give at least 72 hours' notice. We will issue you with a credit voucher for the same amount as your original purchase price.

SPEED OF USE
To speed up the heating process it may be possible to fill the tub with warm water from your hot tap if our adaptors fit, but this is subject to availability.
CHEMICALS & FILTERS
For your health and safety we ask you to add a measured amount of chlorine and a clean filter to the Hot Tub once a day to keep the water healthy for your use, EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT USING THE HOT TUB THE CHLORINE SHOULD STILL BE ADDED EVERYDAY.
