• If something gets damaged during your hire, please let us know as soon as possible. We completely understand that accidents can happen. Once reported, we’ll assess the extent of the damage and advise whether repair or replacement costs apply, in line with our rental agreement. Your honesty is genuinely appreciated, and we’ll always work with you to resolve the situation smoothly and fairly.

• Yes, you have the option to extend the rental period if you find that you need it for a longer duration than originally planned. To do so, please contact our team to discuss your requirements and coordinate an extension. We will work with you to update the rental terms. Keep in mind that the availability may vary, so it's advisable to let us know about your extension needs as early as possible to secure the equipment. We're committed to accommodating your changing plans.

• The physical setup of the hot tub takes around 20 minutes.   
• Filling with water may take up to 1 hour, depending on your water supply.                               
• We can fill with warm or cold water. Warm water helps the tub reach its optimum temperature much faster.                   
• If filled with cold water, heating can take 12–32 hours, depending on the hot tub model and outside temperature.

• All our spas are fitted with an internal RCD (Residual Current Device) for safety.            
• Using an extension lead is not recommended.

• No deposit is required.                   
• The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment during the hire period.

For Hot Tub Hire, please ensure the following before we arrive:

• A flat, clear space of approximately 7ft x 7ft (2m x 2m)
• An electric socket within 7 metres of the hot tub location
• Access to a water supply. If you have a hose, perfect — if not, we can bring a backup solution

For all other equipment, such as Inflatable Igloos, Giant Cinemas, Ice Pods, Gazebos, and Event Tents, preparation varies slightly depending on the product and your space. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll get in touch to discuss any specific requirements and make sure everything is ready for a smooth setup.

For Hot Tub Hire, please ensure the following:

• If access is via a back gate or side entrance, we require a minimum width of 20 inches to safely transport the hot tub.
• If we need to bring the hot tub through your home, standard doorways and a route free from obstructions are essential.
• Please note: if the available clearance is less than 30 inches, we cannot be held liable for any accidental damage caused during access.

For all other equipment, including Igloos, Cinemas, Ice Pods, Gazebos, and Event Tents, we simply require a clear entrance and pathway free of obstacles to ensure safe and smooth setup. If any specific access considerations apply to your booking, we’ll discuss them with you in advance.

Please do not turn the hot tub off during your hire. Switching it off will cause the water to cool and stop the filtration system from running, which can affect both water quality and your overall experience.

When we deliver your equipment, our team will clearly explain which parts should remain on and what can be safely switched off, so you’ll always know exactly what to do.

Indoor use is possible in certain circumstances, but we generally don’t recommend it due to the moisture, ventilation, and drainage requirements needed to keep everything safe and comfortable.

However, you can absolutely enjoy the hot tub inside one of our Igloos or Gazebos, which provide a sheltered, cosy environment without the risks associated with indoor use.

How do I take care of the hot tub and other equipment during my hire?

Hot Tubs
To keep the water clean, safe, and enjoyable throughout your hire, please follow these simple guidelines:

• Avoid introducing mud, leaves, flowers, insects, skin creams, makeup, hair, or body fluids into the water.
• We strongly recommend showering before use to maintain water quality.
• Please keep food and drink away from the tub to prevent contamination.

Our team will also provide clear instructions on using the chemicals supplied and keeping the water balanced — it’s all very simple, and we’re always here if you need help.

All Other Equipment
For all additional items — including Igloos, Cinemas, Ice Pods, Gazebos, and Event Tents — please follow the instructions given by our team during delivery. We’ll explain how to use everything safely and correctly, and what to avoid to keep the equipment in great condition throughout your event.

Yes. We add chlorine granules during installation to get everything started. After that, you’ll simply need to add a pre‑measured dose of chlorine every 24 hours to keep the water clean and safe throughout your hire.

A full water‑testing kit is included, along with clear written instructions, so maintaining healthy water is straightforward. And if you ever need guidance, our team is always happy to help.

We also sanitize all equipment after every hire. Health and hygiene are top priorities for us, and we take them extremely seriously to ensure every customer receives clean, safe, and well‑maintained equipment.

Every hot tub hire also comes with a fresh, clean filter for every day of your booking. We do not expect our customers to clean or reuse dirty filters — something many other companies still require. Your experience should be relaxing, not a chore.

Anyone over the age of 18 with suitable space and access. 

For Hot Tubs, there’s nothing you need to do. We will drain the tub using our pump, which takes around 20 minutes. Please keep in mind that hot tubs hold a large volume of water, so suitable drainage arrangements are important — our team will guide you if needed.

For Gazebos, Igloos, Cinemas, Ice Pods, and all other equipment, our team will clearly explain the collection process during setup. Each product has slightly different requirements, and we’ll make sure you know exactly what to expect so everything is packed down safely and efficiently.

We use a pump with a 30ft hose to drain the water quickly and efficiently. Our preferred method is to drain directly into an available drain on your property.

If there isn’t a suitable drain within 30ft of the hot tub location, please let us know in advance so we can discuss alternative options and ensure everything runs smoothly on collection day

Safety, Weather & Responsible Use

Weather
Our equipment is weather‑dependent, and severe conditions may delay setup or prevent safe use. Your safety always comes first.

Supervision
Children must be supervised at all times when using any of our equipment.

Electrical Safety
Do not use electrical devices near the hot tub.
All of our electrical equipment — including Cinemas, Igloos, Gazebos, Heaters, and Lighting — is fully PAT‑tested for your safety.

Larger Hot Tubs may take up to 30 hours to fully heat during colder months. We recommend planning your hire with this in mind so your tub is ready at the perfect temperature when you want to use it.

Health
Pregnant women, anyone with medical conditions, or anyone unsure about using a hot tub should consult a doctor before use.

Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in or around any of our equipment.

Alcohol
Please drink responsibly. Do not use any of our equipment while intoxicated.
